Hills of Troy Homeowners' association
The Hills of Troy Homeowners' Association is a Wisconsin non-profit corporation. The Homeowners' Association is made up exclusively of Hills of Troy lot owners. Each lot owner is a member of the Association by virtue of lot ownership.
The Homeowner's Association is governed through by-laws which regulate its administrative procedures. The purpose of the Hills of Troy Homeowners' Association is to own and manage the common areas within Hills of Troy as well as administer and ensure compliance with the Covenant.
The responsibilities of the Hills of Troy HOA include but are not limited to:
The Hills of Troy HOA Board also serves as the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for the neighborhood. New builds and property improvements or additions must be submitted to the ARC for evaluation and approval before the project is executed.

The responsibilities of the Hills of Troy HOA include but are not limited to:
- Landscape maintenance for the park, the walking trails, the main entrance area, and the cul-de-sacs
- Payment for street lights
- Liability insurance coverage
- Administering collection of the annual dues ($1000 per year in 2023 / $300 per unimproved lot) and assessments from each lot to cover related operating expenses
