2023 HOa BoARD Elections

Voting Period: June 15 - July 7, 2023 
Due to a high level of interest in serving on the Hills of Troy HOA Board, this year's Board election is being done by mail-in ballot. Ballots were distributed to owners in person at the June 14 HOA annual meeting. Any remaining ballots were mailed to owners on Thursday, June 15. Please return ballots to Jeanne Hartfield at 721 Crest Curv by Friday, July 7 via mail or drop off. If you have misplaced or did not receive your ballot, please notify the HOA Board by email at [email protected]. Ballots will be counted and the results announced on Wednesday, July 12.

​All-Neighborhood Social Events

From time to time neighbors of all ages gather for fun, laughter, and a time to connect more intentionally. 
 SAVE THE DATE for these upcoming events:​

•  Sunday, August 27: ICE CREAM SOCIAL at the Pavilion
• Saturday, October 28: 4th Annual Hills of Troy Halloween Extravaganza

2024 HIlls of Troy HOA annual meeting

June 2024 | Location: The Pavilion in Promontory Park
The Annual meeting is an excellent time to meet (or get reacquainted) with your neighbors while learning about the state of the Hills of Troy Homeowners Association. 

Facility reservations

​Interested in having a gathering at Promontory Park? As a resident you can reserve the pavilion and field(s) for a private event. Simply:

• Check the calendar below for availability.
• Complete this Online Facilities Reservation form.
• Receive email confirmation.
• Enjoy your gathering.
• Leave the pavilion and field as you found it (or better) by clearing away trash and other supplies.

Please note: Tennis/sport court usage is on a first-come-first-serve basis except as a part of a larger reservation.
