Request a short-term covenant exception
From time to time, due to unusual circumstances, property owners will need to request a short-term covenant exception. The most common requests are for parking exceptions and short-term outdoor storage while completing a special project. By completing the covenant exception request, owners helps the HOA Board uphold covenant standards while maintaining open communication when the need for an exceptions occurs.
report a covenant violation
Upholding covenant expectations is the responsibility of all owners/members of the Hills of Troy Homeowners' Association. If you observe conditions or situations out of line with covenant expectations and would like the HOA Board to address it, please complete the following form.
Note: Please use this form only for covenant violations. Neighbor disputes that are not covenant violations need to be addressed directly with your neighbor.
