Current improvement efforts
One of the primary purposes of the Hills of Troy HOA is to maintain and improve our communal assets. Each year the HOA Board allocates funds from dues for these efforts. If you have suggestions for future projects or improvements, please email the Hills of Troy HOA Board.

- Trail clean up and tree debris removal along trails
- Identify and implement a sustainable solution for landscaping on corners and cul de sac islands
