SUBMIT your project for Review
The Hills of Troy HOA Board also serves as the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Many improvements to the exterior of your home and property require ARC approval to insure alignment with the Covenant expectations. To make this process clearer, easier, and more consistent, the HOA Board/ARC has created the following online form for owners to submit projects for approval. If you are unsure if a project requires ARC approval, please submit it using the online form and the HOA Board/ARC will guide you from there.
NOTE: There is a different process when building a home. If you are working with Creative Homes or another builder on a lot purchased from someone other than Creative Homes, please contact the HOA Board for guidance in the building approval process.

Understanding the project review process
It is the goal of the HOA Board/ARC to respond to ARC request in a timely manner. Please remember that the HOA Board/ARC is comprised entirely of volunteers and allow sufficient lead time for approval.
1) Request submitted via Google Form to Hills of Troy HOA mailbox
2) The request will be acknowledged as received by a Board member via email and shared with the rest of the HOA Board/ARC for review. If you have not received acknowledgement within three (3) business days, please email the HOA Board directly to inquire about receipt of your form submission.
3) The HOA Board/ARC members then review individually, discuss as a group, and request additional information as needed. Please allow seven to ten (7-10) days for this phase.
4) The HOA Board/ARC will respond to the requestor/owner(s) in one of the following ways:
